Orders are processed within 3 working days of receipt. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Please note: We do not dispatch orders on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us at info@funphix.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement parts at no charge, including free shipping, under our 2-year warranty.

EU Delivery Information
We ship to the following EU countries: France, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Poland, and the Netherlands.
Orders are processed within 3 working days of receipt. Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Western EU (France, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria): 4–7 working days
- Nordic EU (Sweden, Finland, Denmark): 5–9 working days
- Southern EU (Italy): 5–8 working days
- Eastern EU (Poland): 5–9 working days
Please note that deliveries are not dispatched on Fridays. EU orders are shipped via tracked international courier (DPD) — you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
