What makes Funphix different from other climbing frame kits?
  • Funphix is a fully modular system , every part works with every other part, including kits bought years apart. You can build indoors or outdoors, dismantle for storage, and expand your set over time. No single-use toys here; Funphix is designed to grow with your child. 
  • Funphix kits are fully guaranteed.
  • No need to worry about the weather since our kits can be built and used indoors or outdoors for hours of entertainment any time of the year.
  • Funphix parts are made from recyclable materials, making them much more environmentally friendly than some alternatives.

What age group are Funphix kits for?

  • Most Funphix kits are suitable from age 3 and up. As your child grows and develops, designs can become larger and more complex by adding extra parts and kits. All available on our website.

Does it matter how many parts are in a kit?

  • More parts mean bigger structures. You can start with any kit and add to it as your child grows and their imagination expands. Every kit is compatible with each other.

Are colours equally divided in kits?

  • We aim to divide colours as evenly as possible, though this isn't always perfect given varying part counts per kit. 
Is Funphix safe for children?
  • All Funphix products are made from ABS plastic (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), a non-toxic, high-quality material that meets EN71 safety standards. Our kits are certified safe for children from age 3+.

What is the maximum weight that Funphix can support?

  • A standard cube structure can support up to 69kg without damage. Panels may flex slightly under load but return to shape once the weight is removed. Maximum capacity weight is 69kg.

Can Funphix be used outdoors in all weather?

  • Yes. Our parts are UV-stabilised and rated for temperatures from -10°C to 40°C, making them suitable for year-round outdoor use in the UK and Europe. 

Will the colours fade in sunlight?

  • Funphix parts are treated with a UV stabiliser to protect against sun damage. Over extended periods of direct sunlight, colours may gradually dull slightly, but will not fade entirely.
Can I wash the parts?
  • Our parts are made from recyclable ABS plastic — a safer, more environmentally responsible alternative to many other toy materials.

How quickly will my order arrive?

  • We offer next-day tracked delivery on orders placed before our daily cut-off. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

What is your returns policy?

  • We offer a 90-day returns policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll arrange a return.

Do you offer a warranty?

  • Yes. All Funphix products come with a 2-year UK warranty. Faulty parts are replaced free of charge, including shipping.

Are older Funphix kits compatible with newer ones?

  • Absolutely. Every Funphix kit ever made is fully compatible with our current range. A kit bought five years ago will connect seamlessly with anything available today.
