We aim to resolve all customer inquiries and requests as soon as possible and to keep our customers informed throughout the process. We will always try to resolve any issue in a timely and efficient manner.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know by emailing info@funphix.co.uk within 90 days from the date you purchased your order.
Due to the nature of the product any faulty or damaged on delivery parts can be replaced providing evidence of the faulty/damaged part is provided. We do not accept returns on full kits in the case of a missing or damaged part as the immediate availability of replacement parts can be supplied the next day.
We will be happy to refund the price you purchased it at, less 15%, or exchange the item(s), for what you choose. Returns will only be accepted provided the goods are unused, unopened, in original packaging. We do not accept returns after 90 days of your purchase.
Any faulty parts are covered in our 2 year warranty and will be replaced under that warranty F.O.C including the shipping.
EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is in addition to any other rights you may have under our standard returns policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@funphix.co.uk. You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been clearly personalised or custom-made to your specification.
